Terms of Service

The service
Bloom Reviews gives local businesses a QR-based flow for collecting customer ratings, routing happy customers to their Google listing, receiving private feedback from unhappy ones, and getting AI summaries of what customers say. These terms are an agreement between Bloom Reviews and the business that opens an account.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything done under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access.
Billing
Bloom is billed as one flat monthly price per account, agreed with you before you sign up. Billing is month to month with no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime and your service runs to the end of the paid period. Your price doesn't change without your agreement.
Fair use
Use Bloom with real customers and real feedback. Don't use it to generate fake reviews, impersonate customers, spam, or violate the policies of platforms like Google. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service or put other customers at risk.
Customer data
Feedback and contact details collected through your QR flow belong to your business relationship with your customers. You agree to handle that information responsibly and in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
No guarantees about ratings
We build tools that make it easier for happy customers to leave reviews and for unhappy ones to reach you first. We don't control Google, and we don't promise a specific rating, review count, or business outcome.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
